Privacy Policy (English)

1. TL;DR

The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no backend server, no ads SDK, no analytics/tracking SDK, and no account/login. On iOS, your bookmarks, learned words, and quiz progress/badges may sync through your own Apple iCloud (under your control; the developer cannot access it). The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).

Some features do, however, make the app talk directly to third-party services — downloading the app's configuration file, fetching news articles, streaming radio, and translating a sentence when you tap the translate button. These requests carry no account, device identifier, or token, but by the nature of an internet request the receiving service does see your IP address. See 4. Network access for the full list.

2. Personal data we collect

None. The developer does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos/media, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), device identifiers, or usage telemetry. There is no developer-operated server. On iOS, the app performs no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) tracking.

3. Data stored on your device and your own iCloud

The following items are stored on your device by default (iOS: UserDefaults / Keychain / bundled SQLite; Android: SharedPreferences / SQLite):

• Bookmarks (which sentences/articles you saved)
• Learned words (vocabulary) and quiz progress / achievement badges
• App preferences — dark mode, font size, auto-play, keep-screen-on, haptics

iOS sync: if you are signed into iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled for this app, your bookmarks, learned words, and quiz badges may sync to your other Apple devices through your own private iCloud container. Apple stores this under your account; the developer cannot access it. To disable syncing, turn off iCloud for this app in iOS Settings. The app's "Settings → Reset All Data" deletes the iCloud copy along with the local data.

4. Network access

The list below is exhaustive — these are the only cases in which the app contacts an external service. Every request uses HTTPS and carries no account, login token, or advertising identifier. By the nature of an internet request, however, the receiving server does see your IP address and User-Agent.

Notice regarding Google Translate: using the sentence-translation feature sends that sentence's text to Google. Google receives the text and your IP address and handles them under the Google Privacy Policy. This happens only when you explicitly request a translation — never automatically — and no account details or device identifiers are sent alongside it. If you never use the translation feature, no data is sent to Google.

The developer neither collects nor can inspect the contents of any of the above, and operates no server. Downloaded articles are cached on your device for re-reading and then discarded. Word definitions and dictionary data ship inside the app and are looked up on-device, so no network request is made for them. UN News items arrive with their text already included in the curated news list above; the app never contacts a UN server directly.

5. Permissions

iOS: the app requests no sensitive permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos) and no tracking (ATT) permission. It uses the background-audio mode so user-initiated learning audio (sentence MP3, full-chapter playback, article TTS) can keep playing with the screen off and show lock-screen transport controls.

Notification permission: the daily "Today's Sentence" reminder is on by default, and the app asks for notification permission after you dismiss the daily sentence popup, or when you turn the reminder on in Settings. These are local notifications generated on your device — nothing is sent to a server and nothing arrives via a push service. You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings, and declining the permission leaves every other feature working. No marketing notifications are ever sent.

Android: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, VIBRATE (normal), FOREGROUND_SERVICE + FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK (media-playback type), RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (to restore the scheduled study reminder after a reboot), and the Android 13+ runtime permission POST_NOTIFICATIONS (used to show the daily "Today's Sentence" reminder — the now-playing card shown during audio is a media-session notification that appears regardless of this permission). No other dangerous permissions are requested, and no marketing notifications are sent.

6. Text-to-speech

Article reading and sentence audio use the operating system's on-device TTS engine (iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer / Android TTS) and bundled MP3 files. All synthesis happens on-device; no audio is sent to cloud TTS services.

7. Ads, analytics, payments

This app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics/tracking SDK (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.). The optional Pro upgrade uses Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android); the app does not directly collect or store payment card numbers or payment account details.

8. Children

Since the developer collects zero personal data, the app is safe for all ages. COPPA (US) and GDPR minor provisions (EU) do not apply.

9. Third-party content & copyright

The "Realtime News" feature displays third-party content under the following terms:

• VOA Chinese — U.S. Government work (public domain, 17 U.S.C. §105). Each article screen carries source attribution.
• UN News — source attribution and a link to the original page are provided.

Chinese radio — the app plays the public live streams of CRI 环球资讯广播 and 中国之声 by connecting directly to the address each broadcaster publishes. Broadcasts are never recorded, stored, or redistributed, and copyright remains with each broadcaster. Any station will be removed from the list immediately on a rights-holder's request.

Chapter sentences and audio in the "Sentence Study / Full Listening / Quiz" features are first-party content authored by the app publisher.

10. Data security

There is no developer-side breach surface since no data is transmitted to a developer server. All outbound network calls are HTTPS/TLS only (iOS App Transport Security; Android usesCleartextTraffic="false"). iOS sync data follows Apple iCloud's security policies.

11. Retention, deletion & your rights

Because there is no developer-operated server, no server-side retention period exists. The developer holds no user data, so there is nothing to access, correct, or port on the developer's side.

• On-device data (bookmarks, learned words, quiz progress/badges, preferences) — retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. "Settings → Reset All Data" erases it immediately, and deletes the iCloud copy along with it.
• Cached news articles — stored temporarily for re-reading and discarded automatically. Also cleared by "Reset All Data".
• Pro purchase state — only a yes/no flag is stored. It is kept even after a data reset in order to preserve a purchase you legitimately made, and is restorable from your Apple/Google account's purchase history. It contains no personally identifying information.
• Uninstalling — the operating system removes all local data.

1. 한 줄 요약

이 앱은 개발자 측에서 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 자체 서버가 없고, 광고 SDK·분석/추적 SDK·계정/로그인 기능이 없습니다. iOS에서 즐겨찾기·학습 단어·문제풀이 진행/배지는 사용자 본인의 Apple iCloud를 통해 사용자의 다른 기기와 동기화될 수 있으며(사용자가 제어하고 개발자는 접근할 수 없음), Pro 업그레이드 결제는 Apple App Store(iOS) 또는 Google Play(Android) 결제 시스템에서 처리됩니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

없음. 개발자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진/미디어, 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID), 기기 식별자, 사용 통계 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버 자체가 존재하지 않습니다. iOS에서는 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 추적을 일체 수행하지 않습니다.

3. 기기 및 사용자 본인 iCloud에 저장되는 데이터

아래 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 내부(iOS: UserDefaults / Keychain / 앱 내장 SQLite, Android: SharedPreferences / SQLite)에 저장됩니다.

• 학습 즐겨찾기 (어떤 문장·기사를 즐겨찾기 했는지)
• 학습 단어(단어장) 및 문제풀이 진행 상황·성취 배지
• 앱 설정값 — 다크모드, 글자 크기, 자동 재생, 학습 중 화면 켜짐, 햅틱 등

iOS 동기화: 사용자가 iCloud에 로그인되어 있고 이 앱의 iCloud Drive가 켜져 있는 경우, 위의 즐겨찾기·학습 단어·문제풀이 배지가 사용자 본인의 비공개 iCloud 컨테이너를 통해 사용자의 다른 Apple 기기로 동기화될 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 Apple이 사용자 계정 하에 저장하며 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다. iCloud 동기화를 원하지 않으면 iOS 설정에서 이 앱의 iCloud를 끄면 됩니다. 앱의 "설정 → 모든 데이터 초기화"는 로컬 데이터와 함께 이 iCloud 사본도 삭제합니다.

4. 네트워크 접근

앱이 외부와 통신하는 경우는 아래가 전부입니다. 모든 요청은 HTTPS로 이루어지며 계정·로그인 토큰·광고 식별자를 포함하지 않습니다. 다만 인터넷 통신의 본질상 상대 서버는 사용자의 IP 주소와 User-Agent를 수신합니다.

Google 번역에 관한 고지: 문장 번역 기능을 사용하면 해당 문장 텍스트가 Google로 전송됩니다. Google은 이 텍스트와 IP 주소를 수신하며, 이는 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 이 기능은 사용자가 직접 번역을 요청할 때만 동작하며, 자동으로 실행되지 않습니다. 계정 정보나 기기 식별자는 함께 전송되지 않습니다. 번역 기능을 쓰지 않으면 Google로 전송되는 데이터는 없습니다.

개발자는 위 어떤 통신의 내용도 수집하거나 열람하지 않으며, 개발자가 운영하는 서버는 존재하지 않습니다. 내려받은 뉴스 기사는 재열람을 위해 기기에 일시적으로 캐시된 뒤 폐기됩니다. 단어 뜻풀이와 사전 데이터는 앱에 내장되어 있어 조회 시 외부와 통신하지 않습니다. 联合国新闻(UN News) 기사는 위 큐레이션 뉴스 목록에 본문까지 담겨 전달되며, 앱이 UN 서버에 직접 접속하지는 않습니다.

5. 권한

iOS: 위험 권한(카메라·마이크·위치·연락처·사진)을 요청하지 않으며 추적 권한(ATT)도 요청하지 않습니다. 사용자가 시작한 학습 오디오(문장 MP3, 통째 듣기, 기사 TTS)를 화면이 꺼진 상태에서도 재생하고 잠금화면 미디어 컨트롤을 표시하기 위해 백그라운드 오디오 모드를 사용합니다.

알림 권한: "오늘의 문장" 일일 알림은 기본적으로 켜져 있으며, 알림 권한은 오늘의 문장 팝업을 닫은 뒤 또는 설정에서 알림을 켤 때 요청됩니다. 이 알림은 기기 내부에서 생성되는 로컬 알림이며, 서버로 전송되는 정보나 푸시 서비스를 통해 수신되는 정보가 없습니다. 앱 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있고, 권한을 거부해도 나머지 기능은 정상 동작합니다. 마케팅성 알림은 보내지 않습니다.

뉴스 본문 읽기와 문장 학습 음성은 운영체제 내장 TTS 엔진(iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer / Android TTS) 또는 사전 번들된 MP3를 사용합니다. 음성은 사용자 기기 내부에서만 합성/재생되며 외부 클라우드 TTS로 전송되지 않습니다.

7. 광고 · 분석 · 결제

이 앱에는 광고 또는 분석/추적 SDK(Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust 등)가 없습니다. Pro 업그레이드 인앱 결제는 Apple App Store(iOS) 또는 Google Play(Android) 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 앱은 결제 카드 번호나 결제 계정 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

8. 아동 사용자

이 앱은 개발자 측에서 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 모든 연령대가 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 미국 COPPA, EU GDPR 미성년자 조항 모두 해당 사항이 없습니다.

9. 콘텐츠 출처와 저작권

"실시간 뉴스"는 다음 외부 콘텐츠를 표시하며 저작권은 각 권리자에게 있습니다:

• VOA 中文 — 미국 정부 저작물(퍼블릭 도메인, 17 U.S.C. §105). 기사 화면에 출처를 명시합니다.
• 联合国新闻 (UN News) — 출처를 명시하고 원문 링크를 제공합니다.

중국어 라디오 — 앱은 CRI 环球资讯广播, 中国之声의 공개 실시간 스트림을 각 방송사가 제공하는 주소로 그대로 연결하여 재생합니다. 방송 내용을 녹음·저장·재배포하지 않으며 저작권은 각 방송사에 있습니다. 권리자의 요청이 있을 경우 해당 방송국을 즉시 목록에서 제거합니다.

"문장 학습" / "통째 듣기" / "문제풀이"의 챕터 텍스트·음원은 앱 개발자가 제작한 1차 저작물입니다.

10. 데이터 보안

개발자가 운영하는 서버로 전송되는 데이터가 없어 서버 측 침해 위험이 존재하지 않습니다. 모든 네트워크 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로만 이루어집니다(iOS App Transport Security, Android usesCleartextTraffic="false"). iOS 동기화 데이터는 Apple iCloud의 보안 정책을 따릅니다.

11. 보존 기간 · 삭제 · 사용자 권리

개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없으므로 서버 측 보존 기간은 존재하지 않습니다. 개발자가 보유한 사용자 데이터가 없어 별도의 열람·정정·이전 요청 대상도 없습니다.

• 기기 내 데이터(즐겨찾기, 학습 단어, 문제풀이 진행·배지, 앱 설정) — 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다. 앱의 "설정 → 모든 데이터 초기화"로 언제든 즉시 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 iCloud 사본도 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 뉴스 기사 캐시 — 재열람 편의를 위해 기기에 일시 저장되며 자동으로 폐기됩니다. "모든 데이터 초기화" 시에도 함께 지워집니다.
• Pro 구매 상태 — 구매 여부(예/아니오)만 저장됩니다. 이는 사용자가 정당하게 구매한 권리를 보호하기 위한 것으로, 데이터 초기화 후에도 유지되며 Apple/Google 계정의 구매 기록에서 복원됩니다. 개인을 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
• 앱 제거 — 기기의 모든 로컬 데이터가 운영체제에 의해 제거됩니다.

開発者は、個人データを一切収集・保存・送信しません。バックエンドサーバーも、広告SDKも、分析・トラッキングSDKも、アカウント／ログインもありません。iOSでは、ブックマーク・学習した単語・クイズの進捗やバッジがご自身のApple iCloudを通じて同期されることがあります（管理はご本人の手元にあり、開発者はアクセスできません）。オプションのProアップグレードの決済は、Apple App Store（iOS）またはGoogle Play Billing（Android）が処理します。

ただし、一部の機能では、アプリがサードパーティのサービスと直接通信します。アプリの設定ファイルのダウンロード、ニュース記事の取得、ラジオのストリーミング、そして翻訳ボタンをタップしたときの文の翻訳がそれにあたります。これらのリクエストにアカウント・端末識別子・トークンは含まれませんが、インターネット通信の性質上、受信側のサービスにはあなたのIPアドレスが見えます。完全な一覧は4. ネットワークアクセスをご覧ください。

2. 収集する個人データ

3. お使いの端末とご自身のiCloudに保存されるデータ

iOSの同期：iCloudにサインインしていて、このアプリのiCloud Driveが有効になっている場合、ブックマーク・学習した単語・クイズのバッジがご自身専用のプライベートなiCloudコンテナを通じて、お持ちの他のAppleデバイスに同期されることがあります。このデータはAppleがあなたのアカウントの下で保管し、開発者はアクセスできません。同期を無効にするには、iOSの設定でこのアプリのiCloudをオフにしてください。アプリ内の「設定 → すべてのデータをリセット」を実行すると、ローカルデータと一緒にiCloud上のコピーも削除されます。

4. ネットワークアクセス

Google翻訳に関するお知らせ：文の翻訳機能を使うと、その文のテキストがGoogleに送信されます。GoogleはテキストとあなたのIPアドレスを受け取り、Googleプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。これはあなたが明示的に翻訳を要求したときにのみ行われ、自動的に行われることは決してありません。また、アカウント情報や端末識別子が一緒に送信されることもありません。翻訳機能を使わなければ、Googleにデータが送信されることはありません。

開発者は上記のいずれの内容も収集せず、閲覧することもできず、サーバーも運営していません。ダウンロードした記事は再読のために端末にキャッシュされ、その後破棄されます。単語の意味や辞書データはアプリに同梱されていて端末内で検索されるため、そのためのネットワークリクエストは発生しません。UN Newsの記事は、上記の厳選ニュースリストにテキストが含まれた形で届くため、アプリが国連のサーバーに直接接続することはありません。

5. 権限

iOS：このアプリは、機微な権限（カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、写真）もトラッキング（ATT）権限も要求しません。バックグラウンドオーディオモードを使用しており、ユーザーが開始した学習音声（文のMP3、チャプター通し再生、記事のTTS）を画面オフのまま再生し続け、ロック画面に再生コントロールを表示できます。

通知の権限：毎日の「今日の一文」リマインダーは初期設定でオンになっており、「今日の一文」のポップアップを閉じたあと、または設定でリマインダーをオンにしたときに、アプリが通知の許可をお願いします。これらは端末上で生成されるローカル通知であり、サーバーに何かが送信されることも、プッシュサービス経由で届くこともありません。アプリの設定でいつでもオフにでき、許可しなくても他のすべての機能はそのまま使えます。マーケティング通知が送られることは一切ありません。

7. 広告・分析・決済

10. データセキュリティ

開発者のサーバーにデータが送信されることはないため、開発者側に漏えいの余地はそもそもありません。外部へのネットワーク通信はすべてHTTPS／TLSのみです（iOSはApp Transport Security、AndroidはusesCleartextTraffic="false"）。iOSの同期データはApple iCloudのセキュリティポリシーに従います。

11. 保存期間・削除・お客様の権利

開発者が運営するサーバーが存在しないため、サーバー側の保存期間というものは存在しません。開発者はユーザーデータを一切保有していないので、開発者側でアクセス・訂正・持ち出し（データポータビリティ）の対象となるものもありません。

• 端末上のデータ（ブックマーク、学習した単語、クイズの進捗・バッジ、設定）— ご自身で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。「設定 → すべてのデータをリセット」で直ちに消去され、iCloud上のコピーも一緒に削除されます。
• キャッシュされたニュース記事 — 再読のために一時的に保存され、自動的に破棄されます。「すべてのデータをリセット」でも消去されます。
• Pro購入状態 — はい／いいえのフラグのみを保存します。正当に行われた購入を守るため、データリセット後も保持され、Apple／Googleアカウントの購入履歴から復元できます。個人を特定できる情報は含まれていません。
• アンインストール — OSがすべてのローカルデータを削除します。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

Datenschutzerklärung (Deutsch)

1. Das Wichtigste in Kürze

Der Entwickler erhebt, speichert und überträgt keinerlei personenbezogene Daten. Es gibt keinen Backend-Server, kein Werbe-SDK, kein Analyse- oder Tracking-SDK und kein Konto bzw. keinen Login. Auf iOS können deine Lesezeichen, gelernten Wörter und Quiz-Fortschritte/Abzeichen über deine eigene Apple iCloud synchronisiert werden (unter deiner Kontrolle; der Entwickler hat darauf keinen Zugriff). Das optionale Pro-Upgrade wird über den Apple App Store (iOS) bzw. Google Play Billing (Android) abgewickelt.

Einige Funktionen lassen die App jedoch direkt mit Drittanbieter-Diensten kommunizieren — beim Herunterladen der Konfigurationsdatei der App, beim Abrufen von Nachrichtenartikeln, beim Radio-Streaming und beim Übersetzen eines Satzes, wenn du auf die Übersetzen-Schaltfläche tippst. Diese Anfragen enthalten kein Konto, keine Gerätekennung und kein Token; naturgemäß sieht der empfangende Dienst bei einer Internetanfrage jedoch deine IP-Adresse. 2. Personenbezogene Daten, die wir erheben

Keine. Der Entwickler erhebt keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen, Telefonnummern, Standortdaten, Kontakte, Fotos/Medien, Werbekennungen (IDFA/AAID), Gerätekennungen oder Nutzungstelemetrie. Es gibt keinen vom Entwickler betriebenen Server. Auf iOS führt die App kein Tracking im Sinne der App Tracking Transparency (ATT) durch.

3. Daten auf deinem Gerät und in deiner eigenen iCloud

Die folgenden Daten werden standardmäßig auf deinem Gerät gespeichert (iOS: UserDefaults / Keychain / mitgelieferte SQLite-Datenbank; Android: SharedPreferences / SQLite):

• Lesezeichen (welche Sätze/Artikel du gespeichert hast)
• Gelernte Wörter (Vokabeln) sowie Quiz-Fortschritte / Erfolgsabzeichen
• App-Einstellungen — Dunkelmodus, Schriftgröße, automatische Wiedergabe, Bildschirm-an-lassen, Haptik

iOS-Synchronisierung: wenn du bei iCloud angemeldet bist und iCloud Drive für diese App aktiviert ist, können deine Lesezeichen, gelernten Wörter und Quiz-Abzeichen über deinen eigenen privaten iCloud-Container mit deinen anderen Apple-Geräten synchronisiert werden. Apple speichert diese Daten unter deinem Konto; der Entwickler hat darauf keinen Zugriff. Um die Synchronisierung zu deaktivieren, schalte iCloud für diese App in den iOS-Einstellungen aus. „Einstellungen → Alle Daten zurücksetzen" in der App löscht die iCloud-Kopie zusammen mit den lokalen Daten.

4. Netzwerkzugriffe

Die folgende Liste ist abschließend — dies sind die einzigen Fälle, in denen die App einen externen Dienst kontaktiert. Jede Anfrage läuft über HTTPS und enthält kein Konto, kein Login-Token und keine Werbekennung. Naturgemäß sieht der empfangende Server bei einer Internetanfrage jedoch deine IP-Adresse und deinen User-Agent.

Hinweis zu Google Übersetzer: wenn du die Satzübersetzung nutzt, wird der Text dieses Satzes an Google gesendet. Google erhält den Text und deine IP-Adresse und verarbeitet sie gemäß der Google-Datenschutzerklärung. Das geschieht nur, wenn du ausdrücklich eine Übersetzung anforderst — niemals automatisch — und es werden dabei keine Kontodaten oder Gerätekennungen mitgesendet. Wenn du die Übersetzungsfunktion nie nutzt, werden keine Daten an Google gesendet.

Der Entwickler erhebt die Inhalte der oben genannten Anfragen weder, noch kann er sie einsehen, und er betreibt keinen Server. Heruntergeladene Artikel werden zum erneuten Lesen auf deinem Gerät zwischengespeichert und danach verworfen. Wortbedeutungen und Wörterbuchdaten sind in der App enthalten und werden direkt auf dem Gerät nachgeschlagen, sodass dafür keine Netzwerkanfrage nötig ist. UN News-Beiträge kommen mit ihrem Text bereits in der oben genannten kuratierten Nachrichtenliste an; die App kontaktiert niemals direkt einen UN-Server.

5. Berechtigungen

iOS: die App fordert keine sensiblen Berechtigungen an (Kamera, Mikrofon, Standort, Kontakte, Fotos) und keine Tracking-Berechtigung (ATT). Sie nutzt den Hintergrund-Audio-Modus, damit von dir gestartetes Lern-Audio (Satz-MP3s, Kapitel-Wiedergabe, Artikel-TTS) bei ausgeschaltetem Bildschirm weiterläuft und die Wiedergabesteuerung auf dem Sperrbildschirm angezeigt wird.

Mitteilungsberechtigung: die tägliche Erinnerung „Satz des Tages" ist standardmäßig aktiviert, und die App fragt nach der Mitteilungsberechtigung, nachdem du das Popup mit dem täglichen Satz geschlossen hast oder wenn du die Erinnerung in den Einstellungen einschaltest. Es handelt sich um lokale Mitteilungen, die auf deinem Gerät erzeugt werden — nichts wird an einen Server gesendet und nichts kommt über einen Push-Dienst an. Du kannst sie jederzeit in den App-Einstellungen ausschalten, und wenn du die Berechtigung ablehnst, funktionieren alle anderen Funktionen weiterhin. Marketing-Mitteilungen werden niemals versendet.

Android: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, VIBRATE (normal), FOREGROUND_SERVICE + FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK (Typ Medienwiedergabe), RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (um die geplante Lern-Erinnerung nach einem Neustart wiederherzustellen) sowie die Android-13+-Laufzeitberechtigung POST_NOTIFICATIONS (für die tägliche Erinnerung „Satz des Tages" — die während der Audiowiedergabe angezeigte Now-Playing-Karte ist eine Media-Session-Mitteilung, die unabhängig von dieser Berechtigung erscheint). Weitere gefährliche Berechtigungen werden nicht angefordert, und es werden keine Marketing-Mitteilungen versendet.

6. Sprachausgabe (Text-to-Speech)

Das Vorlesen von Artikeln und Satz-Audio nutzen die geräteinterne TTS-Engine des Betriebssystems (iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer / Android TTS) sowie mitgelieferte MP3-Dateien. Die gesamte Sprachsynthese findet auf dem Gerät statt; es wird kein Audio an Cloud-TTS-Dienste gesendet.

7. Werbung, Analyse, Zahlungen

Diese App enthält kein Werbe-SDK und kein Analyse-/Tracking-SDK (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust usw.). Das optionale Pro-Upgrade nutzt den Apple App Store (iOS) bzw. Google Play Billing (Android); die App erhebt und speichert selbst keine Kartennummern oder Zahlungskontodaten.

8. Kinder

Da der Entwickler keinerlei personenbezogene Daten erhebt, ist die App für alle Altersgruppen sicher. COPPA (USA) und die Minderjährigen-Bestimmungen der DSGVO (EU) finden keine Anwendung.

9. Inhalte Dritter & Urheberrecht

Die Funktion „Aktuelle Nachrichten" zeigt Inhalte Dritter zu folgenden Bedingungen an:

• VOA 中文 — Werk der US-Regierung (gemeinfrei, 17 U.S.C. §105). Jede Artikelansicht enthält eine Quellenangabe.
• UN News — Quellenangabe und ein Link zur Originalseite werden bereitgestellt.

Chinesisches Radio — die App spielt die öffentlichen Live-Streams von CRI 环球资讯广播 und 中国之声 ab, indem sie sich direkt mit der von jedem Sender veröffentlichten Adresse verbindet. Sendungen werden niemals aufgezeichnet, gespeichert oder weiterverbreitet; das Urheberrecht verbleibt beim jeweiligen Sender. Auf Verlangen eines Rechteinhabers wird der betreffende Sender umgehend aus der Liste entfernt.

Die Kapitelsätze und Audiodateien in den Funktionen „Satzlernen / Ganz anhören / Quiz" sind Eigeninhalte des App-Herausgebers.

10. Datensicherheit

Da keine Daten an einen Entwickler-Server übertragen werden, existiert auf Entwicklerseite keine Angriffsfläche für Datenpannen. Alle ausgehenden Netzwerkverbindungen laufen ausschließlich über HTTPS/TLS (iOS App Transport Security; Android usesCleartextTraffic="false"). iOS-Synchronisierungsdaten unterliegen den Sicherheitsrichtlinien von Apple iCloud.

11. Speicherdauer, Löschung & deine Rechte

Da es keinen vom Entwickler betriebenen Server gibt, existiert keine serverseitige Speicherdauer. Der Entwickler besitzt keine Nutzerdaten — es gibt also auf Entwicklerseite nichts, worauf zugegriffen, was berichtigt oder übertragen werden könnte.

• Daten auf dem Gerät (Lesezeichen, gelernte Wörter, Quiz-Fortschritte/Abzeichen, Einstellungen) — bleiben gespeichert, bis du sie löschst oder die App deinstallierst. „Einstellungen → Alle Daten zurücksetzen" löscht sie sofort und entfernt dabei auch die iCloud-Kopie.
• Zwischengespeicherte Nachrichtenartikel — werden vorübergehend zum erneuten Lesen gespeichert und automatisch verworfen. Werden ebenfalls durch „Alle Daten zurücksetzen" gelöscht.
• Pro-Kaufstatus — es wird nur ein Ja/Nein-Kennzeichen gespeichert. Es bleibt auch nach einem Daten-Reset erhalten, um einen rechtmäßig getätigten Kauf zu bewahren, und lässt sich über die Kaufhistorie deines Apple-/Google-Kontos wiederherstellen. Es enthält keine personenbezogenen Informationen.
• Deinstallation — das Betriebssystem entfernt alle lokalen Daten.

Sur iOS, vos favoris, vos mots appris ainsi que votre progression et vos badges de quiz peuvent se synchroniser via votre propre compte Apple iCloud (sous votre contrôle ; le développeur ne peut pas y accéder). La mise à niveau Pro, facultative, est traitée par l'App Store d'Apple (iOS) ou par Google Play Billing (Android).

Certaines fonctionnalités amènent toutefois l'application à communiquer directement avec des services tiers — téléchargement du fichier de configuration de l'application, récupération d'articles de presse, diffusion de la radio en continu, et traduction d'une phrase lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton de traduction. Ces requêtes ne contiennent aucun compte, identifiant d'appareil ou jeton, mais par la nature même d'une requête Internet, le service destinataire voit votre adresse IP. Consultez la section 4. 2. Données personnelles que nous collectons

Aucune. Le développeur ne collecte ni noms, ni e-mails, ni numéros de téléphone, ni localisation, ni contacts, ni photos/médias, ni identifiants publicitaires (IDFA/AAID), ni identifiants d'appareil, ni télémétrie d'utilisation. Il n'existe aucun serveur exploité par le développeur. Sur iOS, l'application n'effectue aucun suivi App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

3. Données stockées sur votre appareil et dans votre propre iCloud

Les éléments suivants sont stockés sur votre appareil par défaut (iOS : UserDefaults / Keychain / SQLite embarqué ; Android : SharedPreferences / SQLite) :

• Favoris (les phrases/articles que vous avez enregistrés)
• Mots appris (vocabulaire) et progression des quiz / badges de réussite
• Préférences de l'application — mode sombre, taille de police, lecture automatique, écran toujours allumé, retours haptiques

Synchronisation iOS : si vous êtes connecté à iCloud et qu'iCloud Drive est activé pour cette application, vos favoris, vos mots appris et vos badges de quiz peuvent se synchroniser avec vos autres appareils Apple via votre propre conteneur iCloud privé. Apple stocke ces données sous votre compte ; le développeur ne peut pas y accéder. Pour désactiver la synchronisation, désactivez iCloud pour cette application dans les Réglages iOS. L'option « Réglages → Réinitialiser toutes les données » de l'application supprime la copie iCloud en même temps que les données locales.

4. Accès au réseau

La liste ci-dessous est exhaustive — ce sont les seuls cas où l'application contacte un service externe. Chaque requête utilise HTTPS et ne contient ni compte, ni jeton de connexion, ni identifiant publicitaire. Par la nature même d'une requête Internet, le serveur destinataire voit toutefois votre adresse IP et votre User-Agent.

Remarque concernant Google Traduction : l'utilisation de la fonction de traduction de phrase envoie le texte de cette phrase à Google. Google reçoit le texte et votre adresse IP et les traite conformément à la politique de confidentialité de Google. Cela se produit uniquement lorsque vous demandez explicitement une traduction — jamais automatiquement — et aucune donnée de compte ni aucun identifiant d'appareil ne sont envoyés en même temps. Si vous n'utilisez jamais la fonction de traduction, aucune donnée n'est envoyée à Google.

Le développeur ne collecte ni ne peut inspecter le contenu de ce qui précède, et n'exploite aucun serveur. Les articles téléchargés sont mis en cache sur votre appareil pour la relecture, puis supprimés. Les définitions de mots et les données de dictionnaire sont incluses dans l'application et consultées sur l'appareil, aucune requête réseau n'est donc effectuée pour elles. 5. Autorisations

iOS : l'application ne demande aucune autorisation sensible (appareil photo, microphone, localisation, contacts, photos) ni aucune autorisation de suivi (ATT). Elle utilise le mode audio en arrière-plan afin que l'audio d'apprentissage lancé par l'utilisateur (MP3 de phrases, lecture de chapitre complet, TTS d'articles) puisse continuer avec l'écran éteint et afficher les commandes de lecture sur l'écran de verrouillage.

Autorisation de notification : le rappel quotidien « Phrase du jour » est activé par défaut, et l'application demande l'autorisation de notification après la fermeture de la fenêtre de la phrase du jour, ou lorsque vous activez le rappel dans les Réglages. Il s'agit de notifications locales générées sur votre appareil — rien n'est envoyé à un serveur et rien n'arrive via un service push. Vous pouvez les désactiver à tout moment dans les réglages de l'application, et toutes les autres fonctionnalités restent opérationnelles même si vous refusez l'autorisation. Aucune notification marketing n'est jamais envoyée.

Android : INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, VIBRATE (normale), FOREGROUND_SERVICE + FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK (type lecture multimédia), RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED (pour restaurer le rappel d'étude programmé après un redémarrage), et l'autorisation d'exécution Android 13+ POST_NOTIFICATIONS (utilisée pour afficher le rappel quotidien « Phrase du jour » — la carte de lecture en cours affichée pendant l'audio est une notification de session multimédia qui apparaît indépendamment de cette autorisation). Aucune autre autorisation dangereuse n'est demandée, et aucune notification marketing n'est envoyée.

6. Synthèse vocale

La lecture des articles et l'audio des phrases utilisent le moteur TTS embarqué du système d'exploitation (iOS AVSpeechSynthesizer / Android TTS) et des fichiers MP3 inclus. Toute la synthèse s'effectue sur l'appareil ; aucun audio n'est envoyé à des services TTS dans le cloud.

7. Publicité, analyse, paiements

• UN News — la mention de la source et un lien vers la page d'origine sont fournis.

Radio chinoise — l'application lit les flux publics en direct de CRI 环球资讯广播 et de 中国之声 en se connectant directement à l'adresse publiée par chaque diffuseur. Les émissions ne sont jamais enregistrées, stockées ni redistribuées, et les droits d'auteur restent la propriété de chaque diffuseur. Toute station sera retirée de la liste immédiatement à la demande d'un ayant droit.

Les phrases et l'audio des chapitres dans les fonctionnalités « Étude de phrases / Écoute complète / Quiz » sont des contenus originaux créés par l'éditeur de l'application.

10. Sécurité des données

Il n'existe aucune surface de fuite côté développeur puisqu'aucune donnée n'est transmise à un serveur du développeur. Tous les appels réseau sortants se font exclusivement en HTTPS/TLS (iOS App Transport Security ; Android usesCleartextTraffic="false"). Les données de synchronisation iOS suivent les politiques de sécurité d'Apple iCloud.

11. Conservation, suppression et vos droits

Comme il n'existe aucun serveur exploité par le développeur, aucune durée de conservation côté serveur n'existe. Le développeur ne détient aucune donnée d'utilisateur : il n'y a donc rien à consulter, corriger ou transférer de son côté.

• Données sur l'appareil (favoris, mots appris, progression/badges de quiz, préférences) — conservées jusqu'à ce que vous les supprimiez ou désinstalliez l'application. « Réglages → Réinitialiser toutes les données » les efface immédiatement et supprime en même temps la copie iCloud.
• Articles de presse en cache — stockés temporairement pour la relecture et supprimés automatiquement. Également effacés par « Réinitialiser toutes les données ».
• État de l'achat Pro — seul un indicateur oui/non est stocké. Il est conservé même après une réinitialisation des données afin de préserver un achat que vous avez légitimement effectué, et peut être restauré depuis l'historique d'achats de votre compte Apple/Google. Il ne contient aucune information permettant de vous identifier.
• Désinstallation — le système d'exploitation supprime toutes les données locales.

Apple li conserva sotto il tuo account; lo sviluppatore non può accedervi. Per disattivare la sincronizzazione, disabilita iCloud per questa app nelle Impostazioni di iOS. La funzione "Impostazioni → Ripristina tutti i dati" dell'app elimina la copia su iCloud insieme ai dati locali.

4. Accesso alla rete

L'elenco che segue è esaustivo — questi sono gli unici casi in cui l'app contatta un servizio esterno. 5. Autorizzazioni

Utilizza la modalità audio in background affinché l'audio di apprendimento avviato dall'utente (MP3 delle frasi, riproduzione del capitolo intero, TTS degli articoli) possa continuare a schermo spento e mostrare i controlli di riproduzione nella schermata di blocco.

1. Resumen

El desarrollador no recopila, almacena ni transmite ningún dato personal. No hay servidor propio, ni SDK de publicidad, ni SDK de analítica o rastreo, ni cuentas ni inicio de sesión. 2. Datos personales que recopilamos

Ninguno. El desarrollador no recopila nombres, correos electrónicos, números de teléfono, ubicación, contactos, fotos/archivos multimedia, identificadores publicitarios (IDFA/AAID), identificadores de dispositivo ni telemetría de uso. No existe ningún servidor operado por el desarrollador. En iOS, la app no realiza ningún rastreo de App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

3. Datos guardados en tu dispositivo y en tu propio iCloud

Sincronización en iOS: si has iniciado sesión en iCloud e iCloud Drive está activado para esta app, tus marcadores, palabras aprendidas e insignias de los quizzes pueden sincronizarse con tus otros dispositivos Apple a través de tu propio contenedor privado de iCloud. Apple lo almacena bajo tu cuenta; el desarrollador no puede acceder a él. Para desactivar la sincronización, apaga iCloud para esta app en los Ajustes de iOS. 4. Acceso a la red

Si nunca usas la función de traducción, no se envía ningún dato a Google.

El desarrollador ni recopila ni puede inspeccionar el contenido de nada de lo anterior, y no opera ningún servidor. Los artículos descargados se guardan en caché en tu dispositivo para poder releerlos y después se descartan. Las definiciones de palabras y los datos del diccionario vienen incluidos dentro de la app y se consultan en el dispositivo, así que no se realiza ninguna solicitud de red para ellos. 5. Permisos

iOS: la app no solicita ningún permiso sensible (cámara, micrófono, ubicación, contactos, fotos) ni el permiso de rastreo (ATT). 1. Tóm tắt nhanh

2. Dữ liệu cá nhân chúng tôi thu thập

12. Thay đổi chính sách này

Các bản cập nhật được đăng tại cùng một URL. Ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang phản ánh lần sửa đổi gần nhất. Những thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được ghi chú trong ghi chú phát hành của ứng dụng.
